In Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands - in Yoga Zensation, a 5 min walk from the train station and parking around is free on Sunday
Including an organic vegetarian late lunch snacks (vegan and gluten-free available) (super yum high quality products)
Including all you need for the 5 Senses Ritual, although the blind folds are washed, if you want to bring your own you can
Bring a sarong and wear clothes in which you can move and breath with ease
No nudity, naked chest/breasts is optional during 5 senses ritual
The 1h re-connection, how-was-your-massage and Q&A call will be 29 June at 19.00 (7pm) CEST Amsterdam Time
